eaconHouse Events is a purpose-led events agency based in Newcastle
upon Tyne that delivers over 100 events a year, spanning conferences,
exhibitions, awards, festivals, celebrations, team engagement and hybrid
experiences.

healthcare, finance, sustainability, architecture, sport and the arts. Recent
highlights include TechNExt a 3,000 delegate regionwide festival; ATOMICON,
Europe’s largest small business conference; and the Planet Mark Awards.
BeaconHouse is committed to delivering high-quality events while minimising
environmental impact and supporting local communities. ESG principles are
deeply ingrained in the business philosophy, and the team is on a mission to
drive sustainable change within the events sector, contributing to a net zero
future.
The agency holds Planet Mark certification, tracks carbon through TRACE,
ethically offsets operational carbon and event emissions (10% annual event
carbon and 100% business carbon to nature-based solutions programmes),
and implements a robust sustainable procurement
policy whilst promoting sustainable food choices and
responsible waste management practices.
In 2025, the agency launched a supplier code of
conduct and continues to lead the North East’s Event
Sustainability Supply-Chain Roundtable.
