events across the world, spanning incentive travel, product launches,
awards, conferences and CSR-led initiatives.
Environmental and social responsibility are embedded in the agency’s
approach. BIW holds an EcoVadis Silver rating, reports emissions to CDP, and
is working towards net zero targets. Events are planned with sustainability
in mind - from FSC-certified materials and meat-free menus to tree planting
and local CSR initiatives. Partnerships with OnHand and dots.eco support
volunteering and environmental rewards.
Additionally, BIW is a Real Living Wage employer and holds Gold Investors
in People accreditation. Its internal sustainability champion network ensures
knowledge-sharing and accountability across departments, helping to drive
meaningful change from within.
