vent Concept is a creative event agency and production company
headquartered in South London and with a small office in New York.
It delivers events ranging from private weddings through to international
conferences and everything in between for clients including FTSE100 global
brands and locally owned SMEs across multiple sectors. The company’s
mission is ‘impact without impact’ – it strives to deliver incredible events
without the negative impacts on both people and planet.
Event Concept is a Carbon Literate Organisation (Bronze), holds an ISO14001
certificate, an EcoVadis ‘Committed’ badge and is in the process of becoming
B Corp certified.
Every team member attends a sustainability induction and has training to
help them understand how they can embrace sustainability within their role.
Monthly sustainability news updates are also shared with the entire team to
ensure people are aware of the latest sustainability trends, regulations etc.

All team members are given a volunteering day annually to donate to
charitable causes close to their hearts, and the agency also raises money for

dentity is a global creative agency which creates live and virtual experiences,
from intimate gatherings to large-scale international events including landmark
government summits such as COP28 and brand activations and conferences
for major clients like Nando’s, Google, and Netflix.

events, with a view to gaining certification to ISO 20121 as an organisation.
