ollowing two mergers in 2025, MCI UK comprises three agencies – MCI
UK, Pure Communications Group and Meet & Potato – now working
as one integrated team to create and deliver experiences across multiple
sectors including technology, retail, financial, pharmaceutical and professional
services.
Part of the global mci group, it has made
significant progress in its sustainability journey,
achieving the EcoVadis Silver Medal, and
becoming a signatory of the United Nations
Global Compact. The business is also a
signatory of the Net Zero Carbon Events
Pledge, with a target to reach net zero by
2050, and a commitment to setting sciencebased targets (SBTi) by 2026.

MCI UK’s sustainability initiatives
include responsible supply
chain management, with all
suppliers completing sustainability
questionnaires during onboarding,
community impact partnerships with Event Cycle and Community
Fridge to repurpose materials and reduce waste, and active industry
engagement, including publishing sustainability insights such as the
EVCOM Sustainable Events Production Guide.
Driven by a desire to be a collective force for good, each year
MCI UK nominates a charity to support through fundraising and
volunteering. Its chosen charity since 2024 is Sophie’s Legacy, which
supports families with children in hospital.

N
teractive is a full-service events experience agency that designs, delivers,
and executes impactful brand moments for small and medium sized
businesses as well as large Fortune 500 companies.
This includes global conferences & exhibitions, brand activations, incentives,
executive summits & VIP experiences and digital and hybrid events.
The agency is committed to becoming a sustainable business, integrating less
harmful practices into every aspect of its operations. It aims to minimise its
environmental footprint by auditing sustainability progress to ensure continual
improvement. This includes upskilling internal teams and collaborating with
partners who share the same ambitions.
Nteractive’s ‘Better Choices’ framework sets out clear, easy-to-understand
measures, alongside easily digestible impact reports, to empower clients in
making environmentally conscious decisions.
The agency has been reporting its emissions to CDP since 2020, has set a
net zero target with the Science Based Targets Initiative, and started work on
securing ISO 14001 and ISO 20121. It is also working with Diversity Alliance
to gain knowledge and skills to be more inclusive, and partners with charity
Waves for Change, a South Africa based organisation transforming beaches
into safe spaces for young people.
