ledge is an employee owned and purpose-led, UK-based full-service agency
with expertise in creating immersive, story-led event and film experiences.
Passionate about delivering memorable and sustainable projects which drive
change, make a difference, and leave lasting memories without leaving a
footprint, the team of 35 are committed to putting purpose alongside profits, and
sustainability centre stage.
This has been made possible due to the embedding of dedicated processes
within the business. These include a Sustainability Management System (SMS),
which underlies day-to-day operations and projects, IMPACT Tool, which has been
applied to every project as standard throughout 2025, and charity framework,
which spans both company-wide and individual initiatives.

The SMS has been created in line with ISO14001 and ISO20121 and incorporates
the UN Sustainable Development Goals compass (SDGs) and Global Reporting
Initiative (GRI) Standards. Sledge is also working towards achieving B Corp and
ISO14001 and ISO 20121 certification.
Sledge’s Charity Framework enables each employee to volunteer a minimum two
days of their time per year to a charity they choose. Overall, in 2025 versus 2024,
business volunteer hours increased by 50%, individual charity volunteer hours
increased by 100% and the number of charities supported has risen by 50%.
