The agency’s ambition is to bring net-positive production to the mainstream,
moving away from one-time-one-use ideas, focusing on reuse and circular
principles.
Stitch is powered by the team at Connection Crew, a certified social enterprise
providing teams of talented people to solve production solutions while helping
to combat homelessness through training and employment opportunities.
As of 2025, Stitch can report that 82% of all materials have been reused with
a 90%+ average across all productions in 2024. Stitch, with Connection Crew,
has collectively removed 670 Tonnes of C02e and helped to support more
than 440 people furthest from the job market and at risk of homelessness into
employment.

In 2024, it developed a venue sustainability tracker within its online search
portal, enabling clients to easily assess how venues adopt sustainable
practices. It has also integrated the event:decision Track Carbon Measurement
Platform and will introduce full impact reporting by 2026.
Top Banana partners with the University of Wolverhampton, mentoring students
through real-world projects and live briefs. The team also actively supports
