from intimate gatherings to large international conferences and incentives.
In 2024, veSpace was awarded Best Sustainable Initiative – Agency at the
Greengage Awards and in 2025, CEO Anita Lowe received the Platinum Positive
Impact Award.
The agency holds a CDP B Rating for its climate impact, a “committed” EcoVadis
badge, and has pledged to become carbon neutral by 2035.

emissions and EVENTsmart to measure specific client events and identify areas

As part of its ongoing commitment, veSpace is actively pursuing further
accreditations that will strengthen its environmental and social impact, including
working towards B Corp certification, ISO 14001: Environmental Management
and ISO 20121: Sustainable Events.

ased in Leeds, XSEM is a brand engagement agency that designs and
delivers experiences that help clients create deeper connections with
audiences to drive positive behaviour and growth.
The agency’s purpose is ‘We make people happy’ and this mantra extends to
the team, clients, client’s customers, and community. In 2025, XSEM received
its EcoVadis Bronze certification, which it says is just the beginning of its
sustainability journey and a symbol of its ongoing commitment to ESG.

To mark its 20th anniversary in 2023, XSEM committed to 20 acts of kindness
every year for local causes and communities. This initiative has seen the team
dedicating hundreds of hours in aid of social causes, including running half
marathons, planting trees, and repainting a hospice.

of event industry charity foundation Meeting Needs, and the agency began an
