Insights from the
Power 30 (2025–26)
As the Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies enters its second year, the
data is starting to provide clear evidence of progress, along with clarity on
what still needs to change.
T
his year’s programme recognises 30 agencies,
with eight new entrants and 22 agencies
holding their place for a second consecutive year.
While we are still not officially ranking the agencies
(this remains a long-term aim as the initiative
continues to evolve and gain momentum), there
were several standout entries worth highlighting.
These include emc3 for Best Performing Agency
overall, SLX as the Highest New Entry, and
Broadsword as the Biggest Climber. Meanwhile,
MCI delivered the most sustainable event for OC
Summer 2025.
In total, the recognised agencies
represent 5,750 event
professionals, and the assessment
draws on 90 events, involving
12 million delegates.
At an agency level, the fundamentals are
increasingly strong. Each recognised agency
reports having a sustainability policy and a
sustainability lead, and all build sustainability into
team KPIs – a sign that sustainability is being
embedded into everyday decision-making rather
than treated as a side project.
