The Carlton Milan, A Rocco Forte Hotel
One&Only Moonlight Basin
Opening on 6 November, ahead of the Milano–Cortina
2026 Winter Olympics and Paralympic Games, Rocco
forte’s newest property is set on the celebrated Via della
Spiga in the heart of Milan’s iconic fashion district. Ideal
for smaller corporate groups, the property features 70
rooms and suites, complemented by an extensive dining
experience overseen by Chef Fulvio Pierangelini, with a
restaurant, cocktail bar and inner garden offering moments
of stillness amid the energy of Milan. Groups will discover
a new side of Milan through bespoke experiences that
celebrate the city’s evolution from fashion capital to cultural
epicentre.
Opening on 18 November 2025, One&Only Moonlight
Basin marks the brand’s much-anticipated U.S. debut and
its first alpine retreat. Set within 8,000 acres of untamed
wilderness in Big Sky, Montana, the resort spans a 240acre campus with 73 rooms and suites, 19 private cabins
and a collection of expansive homes. Dining will be a
highlight, with six restaurants and bars including a modern
Japanese concept from Akira Back, the all-day Wildwood,
and a rustic Moon Shack tucked into the forest. A spa,
heated pools, and serene indoor-outdoor spaces bring
a strong wellness focus, while the mountains provide a
natural playground, with ski-in, ski-out access in winter,
and hiking, biking and fishing in summer.
Rox Resort Copenhagen
Set to debut on 1 November 2025, Rox Resort is the
latest design-led escape from ESS Group, just 30 minutes
south of Copenhagen in the coastal town of Køge. With
154 rooms and suites, the resort reimagines the glamour
of early 20th-century travel, with bold, layered interiors,
such as mirrored finishes, chalk-painted walls, velvet tones
and a playful mix of East-meets-West design touches.
The culinary line-up is equally as exciting, featuring “The
Dirty Sichuan” steakhouse, a poolside Dumpling Bar and a
collection of five distinctive bars. Beyond the plate, guests
can immerse themselves in wellness with three heated
rooftop pools, a spa and padel courts.

The Lake Como EDITION - Italy
With a full opening expected in early 2026, The Lake Como EDITION reimagines a historic 19th-century palazzo on
the western shore of Lake Como, in Cadenabbia di Griante. With 145 guest rooms including two penthouse suites,
the design leans into Italian heritage infused with contemporary flair. Led by award-winning chef Mauro Colagreco,
there’ll be waterfront restaurants and bars, a soaring lobby lounge, and poolside options. A floating pool, private
dock, wellness rituals and curated experiences complete the lifestyle offering.
